I am a hot-shop developer/designer, where work gets executed professionally, accurately, and fast .. all on the tightest deadline.
I am a UIX designer too, which I implement into most consultations/design projects I take or advise on.
Use me for your emergency (late for deadline) ops or overflow work:

Besides my outstanding ethos on work output quality, my attitude and self-expression is displayed in my development and work output, and rubs off on all people I work with.
I work well with others, usually in a leading-by-example role, with vision and analytical problem solving methods for any given situation.
I joined ATKIT this year to head up a development department to aid the owner/developer on the companies software products. I was exposed to new technology and coding practices to continue and maintain the software that existing clients are using, as well as new developments that allow the company to grow in new genres
Notably, for one client, I designed and developed logic for a complete fuel delivery system, including load balancing and route planning, gathering clients geo-coords and plotting a safe delivery path in order of load drop-off.
In summary, I added the following to my development quiver:
My work scope for exchange4free has been varied and vast in the past years. I was scoped and hired originally as a marketing designer, to handle all front end design on the companies multiple website and mobile portals.
As exchange4free already had two platforms (.com and .co.uk), I needed to continue and design around the framework already in place. I recreated all templates, and added an extra 14 versions of the site (country specific) to the arsenal. This included the GUI as well as the UIX.
I redesigned and developed the transactional portal of the system, where the full working deployment was sent to another IT company for white-label integrations. I developed php work-around solutions for clients to embed the white-label software into.
I co-worked on our USSD platform (where you dial *134*562# for transaction options), which needed me to learn Python and Django in a short period of time to avoid down time.
In summary, I am involved with:
In 2010 I added 14yrs of design/development experience into an already established digital development agency, B4shaw Development Studio.
B4shaw was the sole provider as a digital (sewn-to-the-hip) hot shop provider to EuroRSCG and EuroRSCG4D, now known as Havas World Wide. Over the years we handled the entire digital development process, from the simplest animations to the most complex inter-agency communications application development.
Late 2012 B4shaw moved digital agencies to DDB Johannesburg, to which we currently develop for, and I expanded my digital experience to epic proportions. I relocated with the company to Ballito KZN in 2013.http://www.b4shaw.com
With both feet planted securely in the industry, my digital experience has matured exponentially.
